The film Heart of Darkness was presented in 2025 at the Annecy Festival — a key moment that also gave me the opportunity to finally meet its director, Rogério Nunes, after many remote exchanges to finalize the designs of the main characters.

I joined the project at a pivotal stage: animation had already begun, but an urgent graphic redesign of the characters was needed — without betraying the spirit of the original visual bible. My mission was to refocus the artistic direction of the characters, striking the right balance between renewal and continuity.
It was an intense and brief collaboration, carried out alongside the artistic teams at Amopix Studio and Brazilian talents like Vini Wolf.
